Thinking of Selling Your Home?

Take a Deep Breath and Just “Swiss Cheese” the Process!

By: Madolyn Greve

Many of us when faced with a large project looming ahead of us tend to avoid the mouse in the room which then grows into an elephant with a pressing deadline. Procrastination and avoidance of doing the unpleasant or tackling the unknown is not easy. When preparing your home for sale this is where the guidance, expertise, and knowledge, of your Real Estate Sales Associate kick in. This is a path you do not need to walk alone!

Recently I have met with several homeowners that have lived in their home for over 15 years. I look into their faces and I can just see that preparing their home for the open market is not a project they relish. With that being said, I though it was high time I compile a check list for homeowners to follow.
